The role

A Go-To-Market Consultant sits at the intersection of marketing, sales, and revenue operations.

You help B2B Tech and SaaS companies turn strategy into pipeline, and pipeline into revenue. You think in systems, not silos. You are as comfortable building a HubSpot workflow as you are presenting a GTM strategy to a C-suite.

At monrō, GTM consulting means more than traditional marketing. It means combining AI-driven automation and multi-channel execution into scalable revenue engines for our clients.

You will work across the full funnel, from positioning and demand generation all the way to conversion optimization and closed-won attribution.

GTM Strategy

Engineer GTM motions that combine sales intelligence, automation, and AI to build scalable, data-driven revenue systems. Translate strategy into structured playbooks that drive pipeline.

Account-Based Marketing

Design and run value-driven ABM programs that nurture and convert Tier 1 ICP accounts across every stakeholder in the buying committee.

AI-Powered Systems

Leverage AI for smarter workflows, agents, automation, hyper-personalization, content creation, outbound, and analytics to win back countless hours and decrease acquisition time.

Demand Gen & Paid Ads

Build demand gen engines that consistently fill pipeline with qualified leads.
Run targeted campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, Meta, Reddit, and more to generate pipeline impact and improve CAC.

CRM & RevOps

Implement and optimize HubSpot (and other platforms) to align Marketing and Sales.

Drive automation, analytics, and scalable growth across the full funnel.

Content & Messaging Strategy

Deliver full-funnel messaging and content strategies aligned with every stage of the buyer journey.
Build LinkedIn organic strategies that open doors to decision-makers.

Data, Analytics & CRO

Set up end-to-end data tracking from first touch to closed-won, including dark funnel insights.
Run CRO experiments to turn more clicks into conversions and continuously sharpen ICP.

SEO, GEO & Organic Growth

Maximize organic demand capture through Search Engine Growth (SEO & GEO) to ensure clients are found when buyers are actively looking.

The profile that fits

We are not looking for someone who checks every box on a rigid list. We are looking for a mindset: strategic-first, someone hungry to learn, obsessed with B2B growth, and ready to build something meaningful. That said, here is what would make you a great fit:

- You've been in the trenches of B2B marketing, demand generation, or revenue operations, ideally in a Tech or SaaS environment.

- You think in strategic systems and frameworks. You see how positioning connects to pipeline, how data informs messaging, and how (AI) automation scales execution.

- You are tech-savvy and genuinely curious about what is happening in this fast-moving market. AI agents, workflow automation, vibecoding, and intelligent GTM systems are not buzzwords to you. You get excited from discovering and testing new tools, frameworks, and approaches. You follow how AI is transforming B2B growth and want to be at the forefront of that shift.

- You know your way around tools like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, HubSpot, Claude, n8n/Make, Clay, GitHub, Lovable and modern GTM tooling. You are comfortable working with AI-powered agents and autonomous workflows, and you understand when to let them run and when human judgment needs to take over.

- You are analytical and data-driven. You want to measure what matters, learn from results, and continuously iterate.

- You communicate clearly and confidently, both in writing and in front of clients. Dutch and English fluency is a must, French is extra points.

- You thrive in the unknown, take ownership, and do not wait for someone to tell you what to do next.

- You are excited by the idea of being a founding team member and helping shape the culture, processes, and direction of a growing company.
