We're data-driven geeks, which means we need to understand the wider business goals before we touch anything tactical. Early in every engagement we go deep on company objectives, from which we draft concrete KPIs and OKRs that everyone agrees on. But most of the time, we define the message, the placement, and the A/B testing approach. What we bring is knowing what to say, where to say it, and how to get it in front of the right people at the right time. Not designing the most visually appealing creatives.
